Where are you based?
I have supplied engineers to companies all over the UK - from finding hydro power planning engineers to work up in Inverness in Scotland, a large number of security cleared mechanical fitters to work on nuclear subs in Devonport Plymouth, I have recruited multi-skilled maintenance engineers to work in food processing plants throughout the Norfolk area and engineers to work on nuclear power stations all over the UK. I also have recruited engineers to work in Europe and in South Africa.
I lost a contract engineer working in South America once. The mechanical engineer was kidnapped and the kidnappers wouldn't release him until he had fixed their power plant. He did fix it (it took a week longer than they had hoped) but he was released without harm. It wasn't my best week in recruitment but the engineer was surprisingly fine with what had happened.
I only recruit permanent and directly paid contract engineers these day, but no matter where you are based I will be able to help you recruit - although sorry, South America is off limits.
